The second form of support
the program has benefited from the Rockefeller Foundation is
training.
This has been in form of short courses, participation in workshops and
conferences. The recent one is a PhD scholarship where one member of
staff has benefited and he is pursuing it at Texas A&M, in the US.
He returned March 2004 for a research project in Uganda up to September
and is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2005.
